Sunrises, and fog

I love driving to work in the mornings, especially when I take the back roads, No highways. This morning as I drove to work the sun was just rising over the city skyline. It was this big Orange ball that just graced the whole city with its beauty. The clouds that were around the sun still had that night time hew of gray and the suns rays was just glowing off of them the . It was gorgeous to watch.
I also love seeing all of the fog in the morning, as it sets low to the ground. There is a ravine that I drive near that the fog settles into. And as the sun begins to peek over the trees into the ravine it just set the fog off like its dancing, swaying in the light morning air.
I love the way mornings smell; fresh, clean, new, its a glorious sight. It set my imagination off everyday.
I remember one summer, when I was a girl going to summer camp; waking up early just to watch the sunrise. The camp was in the country and was on the edge of a cliff. When you looked down to the river below you say the farmer off in the distance starting their mornings as the steam rose from their tractors as they move through the fields. And that glorious morning fog, lifting off the earth; rising it self up to the heavens; the sun doing the same, slowly rising.
Greeting everyone in its presences.
No wonder God said"that is good" when he made the heavens and the earth.
