The goings ons in the Hale Household!

 Well... to be very honest with you not much has been going on! We are rounding out the school year and gearing up for summer. We are getting ready to put the boys in camp, which I think they are both excited about. And of course there is the UsssA World Series in a couple of weeks. So we are trying to keep Patric on the ground level on nothing that moves faster than he can run, bubble wrap has been considered... though it might not be logical, especially in the Texas Heat!!!





The boys got to go fishing with Kevin on Sunday. They had a wonderful time catching turtles and a few small fish!

They did not stay as long as they would have liked.. They would have been gone ALL DAY if the fish would have kept biting.

 As I look at these boys I am reminded daily that they are not small anymore.. That now the lessons that I teach them have to change and reflect the change I see in them.
Patric for instance, he has become so much more responsible with each passing day it seems. I need to remember with responsibility he shows should come some freedoms or advantages that only he can receive.

 Benjamin I think is getting a little more stubborn as the days progress. But his heart is still very tender, and words and actions that don't affect Patric really affect Benjamin... Sometimes he is as soft as a cuddly bear.. Other times he tries to be a big kid with big  hard feelings but it doesn't always last.

        . Benjamin had his Kindergarten Graduation today.. it was so cute!! I can hardly believe he is now a 1st Grader!  And Patric 3rd Grade!!! It seems like just yesterday they were small little bundles that I held close to me and sang to them as I would rock them to sleep!

I have a few post I am brewing! Summer time has always been my inspirational time! You know spring cleaning, well its summer cleaning for the Hales!  I have found a few blogs that I have started to follow and have fell in love with some of their idea! So amid the World Series, YMCA Summer camp, A road trip to see my best Friend! I will be doing some projects, I will take pictures!! And so you before's and afters!
